making a new account was an important part of a clan and an easy way to distinguish between clans and how is making a new account a hassle lol.

Man I always wanted to join the UFC cause i've taken years of martial arts, ever since i was about 9 i believe, and im 22 now so ... 13 years of martial arts? yeah ... sigh lol

It all depends basically on tournaments, scores posted and such, so yes you can get raised by posting a better score then someone in a higher division.
