Yeah, it's lengthy, but I like it that way. Couldn't really figure out a way to shorten it without it being much too abrupt.

Updated to 320kbps, hopefully it's better quality enough. I refuse to attempt playing that again. Took a while to get a run that good in the first place lol

haha, true true. I don't have the best recording gear, all I have is Audacity :'(
I'm a poor broke ass musician lmfao.
I'll try to get some better quality stuff though, just wouldn't be this particular piece. It rekt me. Put my hands on ice attempting a good run for almost an hour.

EDIT: NOW it is 320 kbps. I did falsely update the exact same 141 bitrate the first time. GO me for being silly

If Carlos winds up dropping it, I would give it a shot. A bit sad you posted it before I could reply but oh well :P

Song is really pretty. Really impressive playing.
Its like a boogie woogie etude haha (words I thought I'd never say)
This style of music is definitely my favorite, the fast boogie woogie basslines are up there with ragtime and novelty piano, just fun to play and great energy when you listen.

Stepped simply, it would have a few pacing issues as an FFR file, but that can be solved with clever patterning and layering. Definitely has a ton of potential.

You already know this but I'll mention that it's really quiet. Need better mics!

Have you tried listening to the soundcloud I posted in the OP? The issue at first was I didn't have my recording volume all the way up, and I also changed it to a 320 kbps Mp3 for better sounding.

Anyways, you've no idea how happy I am to hear that you enjoy it so much. It means a lot!

On a side note, a she-friend of mine is going to come over and we are going to collab a Piano/ Violin project in about an hour, so when that gets finished, I will post that as well!

I listened to the 320.
Bass is still kinda quiet and a little muddled. Which is sad because that's totally the focus of a piece like this.
It's not terrible but it could be better, you know.

I get you, and yeah. It was just a difficult piece to play. That would be great if it becomes something, if not that's alright. I'll more stuff on the way a bit later.
