Yeah, I'll emphasize what jimerax just said:

Do not worry about the limit of 80-100 files. We don't want people to all of a sudden rush to finish files as fast as possible before such a limit is reached, if at all (hopefully not!). That's not the right mentality.

Taking your time does wonders.

This. My file is pretty much done but I was too lazy to submit it this morning xD. Going to work on a few fixes now! (:

Dammit the zip didn't attach on Crowdpleaser v2 so I had to send another email, so you'll see two emails for that file

It does not matter. Although, most people will send each file in individual zips.

If you send them all in one zip then it only has to be extracted once instead of five times.

If they are in separate zips, it makes it easier to re-distribute them to the judges, so they don't need to zip all five files..
