tbf framers are an issue somewhat unique to FFR. I wouldn't expect an amateur (FFR) stepper to know what they are or how to deal with/avoid/use them and the associated "lottery." This chart (assuming it's similar to the one posted in his other thread) is plenty hard enough for these framers, though probably the 1-framers would get fixed.

Fun fact, I’m not an armature and even I don’t know how to avoid them intentionally.

Also Zap, if it’s the file you sent to James, it has a lot of potential. Needs a lot of polish, but it’s not awful.

It was less an idea that 3- and 4-framers are a problem on their own per se, more just if you're submitting your first file, and it's dense enough to have that many framers in it, but you're still looking for feedback on structure, PR, flow and sync, that it's more concerning than if it had none.
