Batch Search Engine Updates

This thread serves two primary purposes:
1.) Users should make requests in this thread for an admin user to check their Song submissions. The Song Title and Song Artist must be given.
2.) If fixes/updates are sent for a file, be sure to update the File Comments section of your Song and post about the update in this thread. This will make Conditional Queue much smoother in addition to clarifying the week-long limit for sending fixes to a file after the initial submission email.

Note that file submissions are still sent through the FFR Batch Emails. The Song is a record added by the user to display the information on the Batch Search Engine.

When your submission is checked by an admin user to be visible on the BSE site, these are some general guidelines that will be followed:
• The Song Artist is neither Unknown Artist nor UNKNOWN.
• The Song is related to a specific Batch Period that is currently open.
• At least the Permission Status field has a valid selected value. If the Permission Status is Blanket, we will look into the Permissions List and Information v8 thread. If anything else, provide more information in the Permission Details section. If the Permission Status is Rejected, we will have to deny the file submission.
• The stepartist is not going over the cap for the Batch that the Song is related to.

Whoa this is massive, damn. I tried to log into the back end, and created an entry for two songs I submitted which were not yet in the batch search engine (Drive of Unliving Things and Heaven's Gate). Hopefully I did this correctly. This is so new!

The two submissions appear on the January 2016 Batch Page now. It didn't exist previously so I went ahead and created it. psychoangel691 and I discuss a few weeks ago about potentially closing the regular batch considering our long backlog of files, but for the time being it'll remain open.

Fix for ''We won't be alone''

-Fixed some PR issues, and also discovered some new ones. noticably in the start and ending, where I had to put 2 different sounding sounds in a jack (1 was lower than the other but the other was already to the far left).

-I put some 8th's in certain parts to help with the flow

-Removed the 32nd's in the last stream, because they felt out of place, and were barely audible.

Song should have 661 notes now.

The users that have not made a Song for each of their submissions yet, please do so. The second post in this thread indicates what files currently appear on the BSE (in bolded blue text) and which files are not yet displayed. Your submissions will be verified after they're created.

I looked into some of the funky numbers on the Batch Search Engine Site regarding the November/December 2014 Batch and Official Tournament Batch. I made the following changes:

November/December 2014 over to Official Tournament Batch

Now the November/December 2014 Batch has 40 total files from 8 sets with 30 files judged from 6 sets which is the right number. In addition the Official Tournament batch has 73 files in 15 sets with 50 files judged from 10 sets. The information should be accurate now.

There are some other Songs I've seen created (not displaying on the site yet). Please make sure to mention new submissions in this thread so your submission does not remain as a draft.

Sent fixes for ''psycho soup'' a while back where I fixed everything that was asked of me in the review thread, I believe it was Set 7 from the november/december 2014 batch

Also sent fixes for Concussive a few minutes ago from january/february 2015 Set 6 where I fixed everything also. and excluded some hands in the later stages of the song.

In addition to updating the BSE with the reopening of the regular batch, I've moved the following files from Conditional Queue to Pending Fixes based on what was sent through email. This results in 19 files that have Pending Fixes and I'll be working on how to split these up accordingly based on who originally judged the files.
