I just restarted the server to reflect the current files that qualify for the High FGO Special Batch. The breakdown is now this:
September 2014 Set1 - 23 Songs
September 2014 Set2 - 23 Songs
September 2014 Set3 - 22 Songs
High FGO Special Batch - 15 Songs
November 2014 - 49 Songs
January 2015 - 47 Songs
March 2015 - 18 Songs
May 2015 - 10 Songs
July 2015 - 27 Songs
In addition I'll be adding a suggestions section in the second post of this thread for what's been mentioned so far and any other ideas.

does ''update'' refer to the date it was submitted or the day it was updated? Because I've sent some fixes, but it doesn't show in the ''update'' row.
Having this Search Engine publicly available will allow stepartists to see if certain information is incorrect (such as the update field). You may very well have sent an update but it hasn't been seen yet. Update refers to the most recent fix submitted.
If anyone else sees information that is incorrect, please let me know so I can change it accordingly. I told blanky to enhance his NPS Generator by allowing it to export song length and notes data out to a file which I can put as more information for these submissions so stepartists can also see if the version we're using is the right length and has the right number of notes.
I ran my batch parser through the batches again and found some issues:
- Monsoon in the Concrete Jungle from January 2015 is missing a .sm file. The sound file is there with a black image and nothing else. Who is the Song Artist, and can this be resent with an .sm file please?
- Glass Lattice from March 2015 is missing the Song Artist in the .sm file. Is the artist "Zircon"? Also please refrain from sending large wav files; this wav file is 26 MB.
- Her Signals is from March 2015 missing the Song Artist in the .sm file. Is the artist "Receptor"?
- Theory of Everything 2 from November 2014 is missing the Song Artist in the .sm file. Who is the Song Artist?
- Ashes to Ashes from July 2015 is missing the Song Artist in the .sm file. Is the artist "Zircon"?
- Scrambled Eggman from July 2015 is missing the Song Artist in the .sm file. Is the artist "BrainCells, SnappleMan"?
- Acrophobia from July 2015 is missing an .sm file.
In addition, ShutEmDown, Time Bomb, Straight to Video v2, and didn't have song artists specified.

So after updating the Status of the September/October 2014 Set 2 files, I realized that having an overview page listing currently accepted and Conditionally Queued Files would be beneficial. That's a task I'll consider for later this week.

Oh snap is it ok if I send you the SM of monsoon in a concrete jungle slightly later? file isn't finished yet and it still needs alot of work, It's from Joren de Bruin, Xenon Odyssey, melody (OCremix)
Glass lattice is from zircon
Her signals is from receptor
Ashes to ashes is from zircon
I will send acrophobia later, also still needs alot of work. It's from about:blank
As some of you might have noticed, I was working on creating a new website with a Content Management System for a pack series I have that isn't related to FFR. My plan is to take that framework and transfer it over to a way that would apply to the Batch Submission System as an enhancement to the current Batch Search Engine.
Specifically, I'm breaking down the new Batch Search Engine Site into several steps, and development will probably take until around the middle of next week. I've asked PrawnSkunk about potentially integrating this site onto FFR, and that discussion will be revisited when I finish development.
My agenda is:
- Define the relevant Content Types (Songs and Batches)
- Create Song Listing Page
- Create Batch Listing Page
- Migrate existing Song Data over to a database
- Create Individual Song Page
- Create Individual Batch Page
- Create Accepted and Conditional Queue Page
- Manage Permissions
I'll try to post my progress in this thread every couple of days. I look forward to the New Year and what I can do to make the submission process smoother before heading back to university in mid January. Some of the benefits I see from this move toward a CMS are:
- Users can add their own song submissions without having to wait for a staff member to add it.
- Users can upload their file submissions instead of having to submit to the batch email, and also update song information as needed.
- Users can see how many file submissions they have for a certain batch period and how many transfers they have without having to do their own bookkeeping.
