I think it's for running men where the repeated note is also a jack.

So like (12) (13) (14) (13) (14) (12) all jumps is an anchor on the 1 arrow.


EDIT- I still think it's a retarded term too, "hidden jack" or some shit like that is a lot better but w/e

I thought both 121314 and 213141 were runningmen though regardless of the colour

If it's [32] [31] [32] [34], it's an anchor

I think "anchor" also includes other patterns with a repeated arrow, like js with an up jack hidden in it. So it's not just runningmen and runningmanjacks.
