I have no clue why people make such a big deal about quitting. Seriously, if you don't wanna play anymore, then stop. Don't bring the goddamn drama parade into town. No one honestly cares. True, they may say "see ya later" or "you will be missed" but in reality, they don't give a shit. NO one will wake up in the middle of the night with tremors whispering "AlexDest quit SM "

I don't see how you can be so involved in something and completely give it up, along with anything having to do anything to do with it. I think you should've made this thread to say "this isn't my thing anymore" instead of "i'm done. forever."

What a great way to distort the idea of "missing a friend". Seriously, it's borderline beautiful.
Of course no one will "wake up in the middle of night with tremors", but they (and it includes me) do give a shit, because these people know Alex as a person, not only as a player. We do know there is life behind Stepmania, and every other game/community in internet, and that's why we give a shit about he leaving the game and the community, because the contact, and maybe this friendship, will be more and more lost until it's completely gone. If you don't have "friends", if you don't give a crap, a shit, a **** about this whole story, it's ok, but seriously, you could be mature enough to not give a crap without being such an ass.
