LOL if you thought rubix would make a thread that's non FFR-score related.


Took me like 3 - 4 days to get every single star and collect every single coin in every level. I should have made some videos of me collecting all the coins in Lethal Lava Land, Rainbow Ride and Tiny Huge Land because those levels are lol and i swore a whole bunch of times

I did this with my Nintendo 64 and a purple controller ;], i now feel accomplished and no longer feel the need to play this game again.

Dire Dire Docks has more than 101 coins? No way! I've done many 120 star runs and I've never found any more. =(

Getting all the stars is nothing i got all the stars in my other 3 records, but this record has all the coins which is incredibly more difficult to do.

Dire Dire Docks has more than 101 coins? No way! I've done many 120 star runs and I've never found any more. =(

IIRC there was one coin that was impossible to get (I think it was in some snow level)

EDIT: NVM it was in tiny-huge island, near the bowling ball generator.

Yeah, I always remember that the docks have 106 coins. I've never actually gotten all the stars on the original version, but I have legitimately gotten 149 stars on the DS version. (missing some random hidden one -_-)

It's impossible to get -- it's under the ground. There's no legitimate way to get it without glitching or using emulation hacks or whatever. Most people just ignore it and go for the possible-to-achieve coins.
