                    I dunno if this really qualifies for a D+
                    It's a jack file, all it says is he can jack. It's kinda like how neon can vibrate like a mutha fucer but sucks at anything else in general. Or like that dude that have passed Mike French Hardcore Custom, but literally, couldn't even pass Quasar at the time. Certainly Largiloquent isn't a FMO outside of the jacks.
                    Also jack files most likely wont even show up in either division >_>

                    though w.e, it's you're tournament, you get to make the calls, just giving my view on that.

                        This is exactly what In was talking about! I can jack, but suck at most other stuff. I definitely don't belong in D4!
