Your PA could definitely improve. Unfortunately, I'm not a subscriber anymore so I cannot access your level ranks and give you too much advice. I recommend you try to improve your PA across the entire level, rather than the beginning. If you can consistently combo/PA the first 24th jump jacks, then that will definitely give you the upper advantage
Once you can consistently PA the rest of the song reasonably well, I'm sure you will be able to reduce that good count below 20 and that average count to below 2.

I hate jumps. Not as great as the previous posted score, but how can you improve being in sync with your fingers?
