It's called the Solo Singles option and I think it's under Input Options.. it's much nicer then the Player 1/Player 2 way it's set up normally :S
Note+ is just a noteskin.
I don't have it.. since I use an arcade default skin (looks like the Arcade with normal arrow skin) so.. Note = for newbs :S
Kidding.. but Note is more of a crutch for SM players.. I don't use it and I play very well without it.Comment

I've never managed to pass Legend Of Max on foot, but I did C Maxx Unlimited and teh Max 300Ridiculous Timing!!!!
