Re: Ow...ow...ow...
So anyway, I heard the original MMPR theme the other day from somewhere, and I remembered a file in the database that some N8 guy made that had a 188 bpm 12th jumpspam section that I found hard back then. I thought I could do better on it because I thought it was hard a couple years ago and I thought I had gotten better since then.
Then I discovered the SM editor, which lets me avoid tanking my score just to try to get a good shot of a certain section of a song. It was then I found out that the R2 engine doesn't support mines, and as a result, I can never survive to the second verse.

Of course, the jumpspam that works out to 9.4 taps per second is still hard as well...even with mines off, I've only passed that section once so far. >_<
To make up for this utter failure, I bring you a single digit CB run of TEEX's TTFAF.

Of course, both files are available in the database. Links coming shortly.
Edit: Links are up.
TTFAF: http://www.studenteducation.net/sims...hp?songid=3331
MMPR: http://www.studenteducation.net/sims...hp?songid=5848
And as a bonus, a link to the MagnaTrick re-edit of MSWGO that I keep posting, just so you guys can see how ridiculously easy it is compared to some of the other versions out there.
