It's threadworthy if it's a major accomplishment for you, like if you've just AAA'd your first 9 or 10 or you've been trying really hard to get it lately, etc.
If it's just another AAA, no need for a thread, though. IMO anything above 1k combo, or a high VC/FMO/FGO AAA is threadworthy. But like Shash says, only if it's an accomplishment to you.
