What happened to FFR?
I recently started playing again, and FFR has gotten way too easy.

AvMiss fix was implanted quite a while ago.
Which caused overlapping arrows to result in a Average and a Miss, this is now gone.

That's why many songs have been demoted in difficulty. Also, many new hard songs have been added to the game.

That's still a good FC, at any rate.

If Death Piano were a playable song about a year and a half ago it would be impossible to even complete.

FFR got easier, but that avmiss thing was dumb IMO :l.

My DP which is much harder than SG's was easy to pass with avmisses.

only vrofl is difficult to pass.

Avmiss was the only reason I was good at FFR, I was good at avoiding them, FGO fc's back then were awesome, not so much anymore.

Well, a FC just isn't a great measure of skill in FFR anymore.

FFR is just more fair than it was before.

I played Death Piano for a short while when avmisses still existed. That was the only song that I thought was any challenge to pass (besides vRofl), and I passed consistently after my first few tries.

Death Piano + avmisses - quad mashable keys = the only song I've ever failed.

Seriously, FFR is MUCH easier without avmisses, but that also means that that FC isn't that exciting now. Especially with that PA.

FFR has not gotten easier at all. The comboing isn't so frusturating anymore but getting top scores is. During the era of avmisses, you would be in the top 10 because you got a 10 combo more than others on a FGO, but now you have to get 10 goods less than others and it's ridiculous how hard it is that sometimes it may seem impossible. So, overall, FFR hasn't gotten easier, especially with all these new FGO songs.
