                    It actually depends on your keys too, not just making your arms tense. Laptops have extremely thin keys, so therefore, I use my knuckles on that, but on a keyboard with larger keys you pretty much just thrust as hard as you can; that's why I dislike keyboards with large keys.

                                                Yes, thrusting actually isn't a very good idea, once I broke the Z key off because I hit it so hard xD

                                                Just get a decent laptop, it's a lot easier.
