It depends on what aspect of SM you're talking about:

Speed/PA - Thaor
Pure vibrating - WookE
MA - Nima* or BM (or currently - Baha/Dynam0/Laggy/maybe Rubix depending on the file)
Non-WookE jacking - Dynam0
