Sk8mastr himself is questionable, though. Tass and I caught him cheating during my Omnipwn tournament.

Not saying anything against your legitimacy. I personally think you're legitimate. Just saying, using Sk8mastr is a poor example of establishing honesty when he himself has proven to be dishonest.

I actually find USB keyboards to give me better results when it comes to Stepmania/FFR. My last laptop died, strangely enough, on the Stepmania song "Jack" by DesQ iirc. My keys popped right off and my harddrive proceeded to die. The hardware is too close for comfort on laptop keyboards. It's made me tap quietly and thus it's allowed me to improve my MA, but when it comes to hard jacks -- keyboard all the way.

Well then take starfalcon176 then, I only played maybe 3 songs in front of him, and hadn't played ffr in over a month and still got 2 goods on FN (boo'd out at the green roll pos)

Not sure if any well known players have seen you play, Rubix.

Well, no players from this site specifically, but a few oldschool Stepmania players and plenty of people at my school have. I was in the DP for my DDR/Stepmania abilities and won 1st place in the local tournament we had here at Penn. There are actually quite a few really good Stepmania players at my school who don't bother with the online communities

Standards don't mirror in this case, because degree of scrutiny is proportionally weighted based on the merit of the score being achieved in the video. And you admitted that it wasn't that hard of a AAA.

So Mario AAA takes pretty much no scrutiny. CIA Rave takes a tiny bit, etc.

The one thing I haven't got my head around is why Rubix hasn't let a trusted FFR/SM member watch him play a couple of rounds somewhere.

I know that it is an unnecessary invasion of privacy, but it is a black and white path to legitimacy.

I am sad whenever I look at a scoreboard of a new song and know that Rubix would be up there challenging everyone but he isn't because people couldn't except him. I guess Sash quit on his own time so im not as disappointed.
