um no it isn't, or at least not exactly. it's obviously way easier to AA/AAA it, since rman did it and he is not a great stepmania player. on the other hand, if you can't really read it or (more importantly) you don't have the amazing stamina to whip out 90 seconds of solid handstream, you're probably going to have a much harder time getting an A or B than on scarhand. also, this has no easy parts other than the freeze stuff near the beginning and maybe some light jumpstream near the end
