    Re: Cool AAAs

MAX and {Rose} weren't refreshes. Takecore is CLEARLY a refresh score. I was going for something specific that is easy to know whether or not you got. In the case of tokens on the levels like Moonbeam, Tension, and.... there was one more that took two tries..... I didn't refresh on those because they were harder to tell if I'd succeeded or not. But I didn't unlock Zephon on the first try, I refreshed (often times because I missed more than getting too many goods).

Just to add, my HELLBEAT score is a refresh score too.

HAHAHA, this discussion is still going on? What a riot.

Okay, well, I won't accuse anymore. Doesn't bother me much.

Now run along and start filming.

Edit: Why would you refresh? Didn't you say you want more credits? And you never delete your playbacks and have nothing to hide? tisktisk.

Edit2: Why would anyone refresh ever?

It kind of sucks how negative the community is towards new members, especially those already with skill at games like this.

It's like everyone thinks you have to start out as a noob on FFR, but that's not the case. Some people are just a.) really good at rhythm games, b.) have prior experience, or c.) have both under their belt. As soon as both come together and a good score comes up, the BS meter starts wailing. C'mon you guys - you know what's possible and impossible.

FFR was the first rhythm game I ever played, so it's taken me quite some time to even build up what I have - but regardless, I would hate to be called BS right out of the gate.

Arkazal, I look forward to more scores from you.

Yeah, sure, I'd love to AAA {Rose} too, but I'm happy with the abilities that I have gained. You and I both can say that we are better than a lot of people (literally 95% of the people here) on this site - and that's good enough for me.

You guys are pathetic. I'll make a video for you but until then, don't expect me to care what you think, expect me to repeatedly type lol at the childish responses to this thread.
I was not saying you did or didn't care. All I was saying was that in the world of ffr it's "guilty until proven innocent." Every person who has come out of the blue and done something most can't has been called bs on. The only reason I am still suspicious is because of the gameplay count. I don't know enough about sm and the players in it to determine how plausible this all is nor do I really care. I just figured I would respond to clarify what I meant.

Oh no online flash based games are getting way overly serious once again.

                  Re: Cool AAAs

Okay, I have a question: would everybody be happy with a 16 second clip of me playing? Looks like all I'm coming up with is my brother's digital camera. It has a way to record 16 second video clips with no sound. We tried it last night and it actually records. Can't say how the quality is or anything, but it records. He would show my fingers tapping the keys and then he would show the screen. Pretty simple. That's all you guys are getting for now, I can't get a hold of a webcam.

Also, if you want me to do the video, which level? Don't do something like BB Evolution where I can't hit the notes anyway. I'm thinking MAX or {Rose}, whichever.

As for the picture there heyitsmee, you're beating a dead horse here, it's been brought up about as many times as global warming by now. The repeated plays are for credits. You do have to realize that new players aren't newborn babies; we have a sense about how video games work, especially when we've seen friends play them. I knew about credits before I even played this game and I read the sticky about how to unlock them so naturally I would go with the levels I knew beforehand were easy and would give me credits. A common theme seems to be "How do you know SO MUCH about this game FOR BEING NEW?" Yeah, this is the first time I ever laid eyes on the game guys, right, give me a break.
