Uploading sm files problem

How do you upload sm files from the simfile db? I do it, and i cant play it on SM. Help?

When you download a simfile from the FFR database, it comes in a compressed folder. You extract the folder.

Within the Stepmania Program Files, there is a folder labeled Songs. Make a folder inside of Songs (name it something like "Single Simfiles" or something) and place the extracted folder with the simfile in it within that folder.
