              Hmm.. I wouldnt put yourself down by saying you're having a bad day. Seems you increased your previous rank on it. Not everyone's born with greatness at FFR/SM, it takes time for your hands and brain to subconsiously coordinate itself with the BPM and notestyle of the song. I think it's a pretty good score myself.
