    Re: breaking the record

i've thought what normal play for 24 hours straight would heed...

i figure 20 mil an hour playing normally is well within grasp. so playing for 24 straight hours (figure 23, with pee and food breaks) would give about 460 mil.

i'd say that about 500 mil is the upper limit on the legit for 1 day. and we know what the theoretical limit is, of course:

Flight of the Bumblebee is the obvious choice of the highest arrows/second, as it's the easiest to combo of them. and PA. that's 1,336,100 for a AAA. and it is 1:09 (or 69 seconds) long. figure 6 seconds for results screen and reloading, that's 75 seconds per gameplay. which factors out to 48 per hour. 48 * 1336100 = 64,132,800. * 24 = 1,539,187,200. aka, 1.5 billion is the theoretical absolute max for total score earned in a 24 hour period. clearly that is not practical though, as nobody is going to come close to FCing FotBB 1152 times in a row, let alone AAAing... nor are they going to play FotBB 1152 times in a row in a 24 hour period. I think that would drive ANYONE insane.

but, that would also give you... 993,024 perfects hit in 24 hours. just in case you were wondering.

but, to repeat, normal gameplay by a top player in 24 hours, going for total score.... about 450-500 mil. i guess a tier 0 player could do a bit more if they wanted to... but your standard tier 2-3 player could do about 500 mil max in a day.

i, as well, do plan on attempting this at some point in the near future.
    RIP

Tass, it's possible to get more points per second than that on Vrofl.

Now figure the best possible amount in a day plz.

          Re: breaking the record

but i can't fc fotbb without mashing and don't plan on mashing for 24 hours or probably even playing 24 hours. i think i'll switch off songs a good bit and see what i can do.

EDIT: my max in the past was 345 million points so that would be in first as of now but i plan on breaking that. i know i can't hit 1 bil so i'll go for 500+ mil.

            Re: breaking the record

i'm not doing anything off of vrofl... too inconsistent.

fotbb is 12.49 arrows/sec... even doing 7/second will give you 420 per minute. 420 * 1550 = 651,000. so lets say 650,000 per minute... that's almost 40 million per hour. i've said that 450 mil is well within reason at 20 mil/hour... but 7/sec would be double that.

500 mil is DEFINITELY doable. if not 600-700+. just need to be willing to play and whore for 24 hours straight.

7/second would also be over 600,000 arrows. so, meh.

anyone wanna whip up a list of all the songs in game with an average of more than 7 notes per second?

if i'm going to do this, i'm doing it with a gameplan. everything will be structured and planned.

                    Re: breaking the record

another thought ( not quite thought out as much as Tass) but u could play Max Forever figure 6 minutes per play so 10 and hour
but with each FC its 4+ mil.
so 40mil and hour and in 24 hours u got 960 mil
                    give or take
but again max can get quite annoying

                    AAA's:41
                    FC's: 488 - someone come do all the 1-40's for me -_-

                        Re: breaking the record

FYI, Max Forever is 7.92 arrows per second. and is 5:42 long. and will easily earn 4.1+ mil for each FC. and it's a pretty damn easy FC.

so... anyone wanna make me that list of songs that are 7+ arrows / second? please? I'll give 5000 credits for a list of 50+ comboable songs that are 7+. There are probably about 100 total, I'm guessing, including the obvious ones like OMW, Molto, Revo, GGC, Piano Etude, Pants, etc etc etc that I clearly won't be whoring. But stuff like BB Evo and Revenge would be on my list and whatnot.

I thought Jim had a few in the R1 song difficulties v2, of at least the top 10 songs with most taps per second.

I should totally whore FotBB for like 4 hours XD not.
