I finally found my perfect cmod.

I got the cyberia style stepmania theme and it had c500. I tried c500 and it helped me pass BMR's A. How did everyone else that uses a specific speed mod find their perfect cmod.

i still haven't changed mine from 400 . Never bothered figuring out how. I think perfect would be whatever corresponds to FFR at 1.6x so whatever that is.

I'll rate your grammar at a 5/10, because in your first sentence you used "I got," in your second sentence you forgot a comma after c500, and in your last sentence you forgot a question mark at the end.

After a while there is a 90% chance you'll end up changing yours. I started on C300 (FFR), then moved up to C550, then C611 for a lot of months, then C660, then C670, then C675, and am now currently on C701 though I feel that it isn't quite right. This is all over a period of almost 2 years (FFR Aug-Dec 05, Stepmania Dec 05 - Present).

Really, it just takes time, effort, and patience.

I don't use cmods, I just stick with the old 1.5x or sometimes 2x scroll rate.

I use 550. It feels a little slow, but I don't wanna figure out all my rate cmods for a while.

I use C750, Distant. Distant makes it a sort of mini.. but not totally mini. Like, mini-ish.

c600 is what's working for me currently, was c500 until I starting trying others about a week ago.
