I just, JUST got it, and it said my rank was 3?How does that happen?!?It was on "Trip to the Moon" and I had 143 Perfects and nothing else, but it said my rank was 3?!?

No. Not cheating. Glitch.
He probably played a song, and it saved as a record on that song. No big deal, it gets dealt with...Tass just went away for a week. EVERYTHING will get sorted out sooner or later.
In the future, just remember not to discuss about this and report. Tass deals with it the best he can.
