Damnit, are there any tips for AAAing crap on FFR?

On every single song I play (That isn't Master Only or harder, ect) I can AAA every single part of the song, but just not in one run. I ALWAYS end up getting a good or something in a different part of the song

I can only PA songs with constant bpm.
