i have a problem, what is the extension bmp is not allowed mean?

Goto [save as...] under the file tab and choose [.jpeg]. :]

What do I do if .jpeg isn't on the list? The only options are different kinds of .bmp.

Do you use Paint? Use Photoshop.

IF you have adobe Photoshop deluxe, then you have to clikc on Send -> To Disk -> Export -> Other Expost -> Save As -> Fiel Name and .Jpeg. Hope that helped some of you.

IF you dont have adobe photoshop however you can find bmp->jpg or bmp->gif converters on a site like download.com or hotfiles.com

I've got an easy-ass solution. When you go to name it type "picturename.jpg" in quotation marks like that. Works every time.
