How did he place us anyways? Because I have like, 4500 songs played, member for 2.54 years, ranked 1200's, nearly a billion total score, average rank of about 5000 and im still in beginner

Because it was mostly based off of the good ranks you have on songs. Getting a rank of 2000-3000 or so on a ton of songs, and then just playing all the songs to have an average rank of about 5000 doesn't necessarily mean you're very good, and the rest of those numbers aren't even factors in his decision.

Like doug said, and, ask your self this, do you think you could AAA SZR or Kick It? Even if you could, all of the songs in the next eight rounds are gonna be even harder. I imagine that the songs he looked at were the ones that are going to be played in this tournament. I didnt think i should have been in beginner either, but then i realized, i wouldnt have stood much of a chance in just about anything else, even though i can AAA SZR i dont know about anything any harder. =]

I have alot of songs above my average rank 3900's but some of my worst songs are like 20000 rank so it pulls down my average if they were at my average i'd have a higher but I'm in inter. so its alright I complained about being in beginner last time

Beginner - Pants
Intermediate - EHHS
Advance - Pants
Expert - Trip to the Moon

Wow, when shash said there was going to be a lot fewer people AAA'ing the songs, he wasn't kidding! I mean how does he expect anyone in expert to be able to AAA TotM? Mario at least would give them a chance at AAA'ing it.
