the best way is to use 4 fingers, 2 fingers on each hand. also called "spread. an example of a keyboard setup for spread is DFKL or QWOP

There are four arrows. You can use four fingers to hit them if you want. So four-finger can't really be called cheating. Whether changing the key configurations is cheating or not... the fact is, a ton of people do it.
