    Ugh, I hate you Quasar!

    Well, I woke up this morning looking through screenshots and I felt an undeniable urge to download and play Quasar.

    Last time this happened, I failed miserably...

    This time, OMG! Playing songs like Uber Rave and Gargoyal truly help.

    After 2 attempts at getting equainted with the song, I'm amazed with my noobish results...



    Lower Great count and lower max combo, higher perfect count.

    I tried it again, and it would seem as if I'm getting better at its 16th streams.



    Higher Great count and max combo, lower miss/boo/good count. About the same Marv.

    I'm working on the AA which, at this rate, should take me most of the day... but when I get it, I'll be pleased. Be back then.

      Keep attempting it man, you'll get there eventually. It took me about 10 attempts to AAA it because it's so annoying.

              What does a CMOD do?

              I may have been around for a while, but I've never bothered to learn much about this game.

                  CMOD = Constant speed mod

                  C400 = The arrows come at 400 bpm speed, now matter if there is a bpm change in the simfile it will still be 400 bpm. Go see the sticky about Cmods in the stepmania-section

                      On another note, my Ma count is getting better, and I'm getting fewer goods...

                          I would suggest that you work a lot on your score before you post up another one, at least wait until you get an AA or an FC.

                              Yeah, you should use a cmod. It's a lot easier to get better accuracy when the arrows scroll faster. Eventually you'll wonder how you ever did read at... what, 312 bpm?

                              Just bump it 100 or 50 bpm above what you're used to, get used to that, then raise it another 50, and so on.
