The judge is how strict the timing window is. The standard is Judge 4 out of 8 (except for the ridiculous justice timing).
If this same thing was done on Judge 4, that perfect count would probably be halved.

I think my best is 35 perfs on J4... i also got a 56 perfect AAA on Boss Machine on J5 but i don't think that's worth posting cause my best on J4 is 21 perfects iirc

In machine options. FYI anything below Judge 4 is considered cheating. Doing decent on higher judges is cool though.
