Well, suffice to say that I've written overly detailed descriptions of my play style in the past, and that I don't feel like doing it again. But I play two-handed like a full-tang katana, and getting the full combo on delirium is like cutting a cake with said katana.

I use my right hand for songs up to about very challenging, then for the fast parts ill use both hands (left hand for up & left, right hand for right & down). Also, using this strategy I think I've been able to finish all the songs on FFR R1 Normal. My friend likes to use left hand for the arrow keys, and right hand on the numpad(with numlock off of course). He's crazy good, he just alternates each stroke with each hand, its fun to watch.

Yeah, I'm the same as Riku. 1-handed, and can do some pretty darn fast songs.

I use the left and down keyes with my left hand and my right on 8&6

I do one hand on some songs, however on some of the more challenging songs like molto vivace and silence, i use two hands. I do right hand down and right and left hand up and left.

my self i started with 2 hands and still do 2 hands im prety good i can hit a lot of very fast moving arrows (i also play piano lol). for my left hand i hav my index finger on BOTTEM and my middle finger on left arrow. my right hand is index on TOP and middle on right arrow.

I use 2 hands 4 fingers. Middles on the sides and indexes for the top and bottom. I hate when i sometimes move my right middle finger up accidently and I miss the key lol.

Personally, I use one hand. Because i can use all the fingers i want..you can just lean back and hit em all with one hand
