I type with my indexes. I've tried touch-typing but I can't get into the habit of it. Not the best, but at least I can get 90-92 now.

I type index and middle and I max out at around 90 for typing paragraphs like that. In quick bursts I've gotten as high as 148.

In fact, when I'm typing from the top of my head, I probably am right around 100 all the time.
