Heh, my Salieri score is only a few mil over that, but I got like 1-3 nc AA on Quasar 1.5, compared to your B... Granted I'm 3 finger, not index, but I can't see it making that much of a difference for something like this. So yeah, work on the Quasar? And probably the Gaussian Blur V2, too. Seems like a lot of cb's, especially for heavy (cause I've AAA'd or like blackflagged on challenge, so I can't imagine you being all that far away with index).

Crap, wasn't logged in when I posted, so I'll shorten what I originally said.
Quasar 1.5 sucks because I have bad stamina, FC'd a good amount of the beginning stream, and almost died on the last stream.
Salieri: Extremely easy until the 16th run, which I had pretty much full stamina going into it.
GBV2: I've FC'd, but not with as good MA/PA.Comment
