I kind of like C367. It's nice, but I would rather use C430 on songs that are too close together to not have C367 to help.

I recommend to start practicing songs around the level of max 300 on 1.1-1.2x music rate. With those kinds of difficulties you should be able to practise speed while still honing skills on timing. Doing this will show improvment. so... songs like... Duk Amok's Delirium on Heavy, Eggman's Quasar, and Cynic's Lab.Comment
