The controllers will work on any region, but you need a modchip, fliptop, or JPS2 to play the games.

Spica and Sakura have been AAA'd by a small handful of people. Only person in the US who has done Spica is Ryry; I'm at about 87% (out of 88.9% needed). I don't know if Ryry ever did Sakura, because he quit around the time 8th was released.

I don't have access to OML, but I'll get the chance to play it in May it sounds like.
