It's been a couple hours, and my score for Skellybones is still #1! But I haven't seen Tek. Ni. Que. or LlainFactor try yet, so . I hope they don't own me like they do at all the other songs.

Really, the faster arrow thing isn't that hard. I full comboed and got my what is now #1 score on my 3rd try.

Btw, I know there is a brag board but no one will see it there, and I may never be #1 again. :P

And Teknique is not good, he just plays easy songs over and over untill he gets lucky and gets a high score. Having a high PAing score in FFR is nothing to be proud of, because all the expert bemani players like Ver2 have played FFR and they all agree it is offbeat. So if you have a high score on all the easy songs then you must be the most offbeat person in the world.

Arch I assume you mean offbeat with the music right? Well, if you are only good if the arrows match the music beats then you're not really that good. True skill relies on just visual, not visual and audio.

And maybe I am offbeat, cuz I am good at the "easy" songs like Skellybones, Stay With Me, Get on the Move, Euphoria, Mario.

good work celda, i just finally read this thread and i'd like to say that its hard as hell to get a crapload of perfects on any song. And I'm not offbeat and neither is technique. In order to do good on some of the VERY offbeat songs like the ones on dance 1 i turn the sound off and just time the arrows. Check out my scores on hell beat, chronotrigger, megaman, and a few other stages you guys consider "hard" again nice work celda and technique, keep making the other guys jealous~~~

There is no "true skill" in PAing in FFR, it's offbeat, all the people that have AAAed heavy songs in DDR agree. And since FFR is based off of ddr.... add 2+2 here.

Also, the day I get "jealous" because some guy can hit tons of offbeat arrows with a 2000$ computer on a flash game is the day I start liking anime and buy anime DVDs. A lot of the scores on FFR are based solely on your computer, because sometimes FFR just decides to register a miss out of nowhere. And since FFR is based COMPLETELY on combos....

The time I had that #1 score on the first dance1 song(if you remember that), I did terrible and I had thought I didn't even get on the highscore list. Yet when I do good on normal PAing standards, I get mostly goods and not enough perfects. The only time my computer has not been a problem in PAing was in chrono trigger because spins throw me off anyways.

listen arch, the whole reason i came out of my shell and actually posted okn this thread was to show you how pointless and stupid saying people who do good on ANY stage suck. I can do good on hard songs, moderate, and easy songs, and not all of the songs are off beat. IF you are truely better then celda and the rest of us get high score on mario, OR beat my hell beat score.

Everyone should just drop the bashing. You guys who are nuts and can do good on hard songs like fast piano are good. You guys who play mario all day cuz its a fun ass song and get a shit load of perfects are good too. Obviously we all like ffr. Its free and its fun and synth does a good job.

and for the record........my computer, once again, monitor not included cost me 550$ total over 2 years ago, its a duron 750mhz w/ 512megs of 100sdram. my card which has nothing to do w/ anything is a geforce 2 agp. thanks for your time.

also arch i admit there are offbeat songs in dance one, but not dance 2, dance 2 is pretty much on the beat and i do good on BOTH... so you put 2 and 2 together there buck-0. Im not only ///on beat/// but i also have enough skill to play the offbeat songs without music using pure visual.
