The slowdown is easy. The first arrows after it are twelve beats after the last arrows before it.

Just count "1 2 3 4" out loud in beat with how the song has been going. If you say your first "1" when you hit the hold arrows, the next arrow(s?) will be exactly when you say your fourth "1".
