There is a sticky somewhere on the site, or you could just use Deposition's SM editor which does it for you.

Themes. Default. Metrics, its a notepad file. Go down to like the bottom 1/8 of the entire file and look for the speed mods, you'll be able to tell what they are when you see them. Then just switch 4 with 6 or whatever you want. (On C400)Comment

Does anyone have the source for Depositions SM editor thing? I wanna edit it so it adds it to english.ini and not just metrics.ini

I tried dispositions sm editor thing. It downloads as a .rar. and when I try to open it it's just a TON of special characters. Any specific program I'm supposed to open it with?
...oh crap...I need winrar don't I?
I hate winrar...
