There is a simple reason.

Blur requires no skill.

All it requires is you to play waay too much, giving you enough pure finger strengh to repeditally hit a key outragously fast. On the other hand, other people, like fusion, dont play all that much and have someting else. Skill. This enables them to get a good score on a song like vita, even if they cant repeditally hit a key as fast as you.

It took me like two trys to realise I could probably beat blur at a speed higher than 1.2

There's a huge difference between being able to AA Reality and pass 1.4x blur.

I can AA Reality and can't get anywhere close to passing blur close to 1x or even a bit below 1x..

That makes no sense deposition if you play with 4 fingers =/

just hit the doubles as quads. if that isn't working you're not going at the right tempo/ your keyboard is just homo. try switching your key setup.

Double jackhammers on blur are still unhittable with a normal way for me, sad.
Parts after the jacks are so easy though.

And yea...KB problem jimerax. Alot of peoples keyboards won't register the keys fast enough, or won't register quads right so they fail.
