Actually they mean that you are the best at FFR. I am not a hacker/slow comp user, so I can say that I am one of the best FFR players. If they meant nothing, then no one would even care about a score chart and everyone would just play dwi/sm. What really matters is DDR, if you can only play with your fingers that's sad.

Being the best at ffr means nothing because of the miss system, and how the game is highly affected by your computer speed. No, not just if you have a slow computer, but if you have a fast one as well.

Basically, noone really does care about the score charts, and all the good players basically play DWI/SM.

Playing with your fingers isn't sad. Have you EVER played or heard of IIDX in your life? Yeah, playing DWI/SM helps me get better at IIDX, because my controllers button sticks sometimes.
