Type 2 is a noteskin made by evilbutterfly, if I remember correctly, and it is really just note with tranparent parts in the middle. It looks really nice and is a good alternative to note/note+.

I see people posting this scores form this song a lot... I think I'll have to download it and try it myself. Good job, though, I guess (you wouldn't be posting it if it wasn't good)
