Lately I'm been feeling pretty bummed about Stepmania and my progress. So I thought I'd look up topics I made in the brag board an took a look at some of the scores I posted. Well, that alone made me feel better because I thought those old scores that I had posted were good.. but they wern't..

So here's to progress!

I've also realized that the only time I get really good scores is if I play the song a lot. But the most I play SM in 1 sitting a half-hour. So I can't do anything about that.. Eh..

Why is his better Lab score AA dimmer than the worse one??

Maybe an older version of Stepmania... There are many ways to make a screen look dark

Moogy yes.. but I played these songs ONCE.. I can FC Caliente too but I didn't want to play it again.. these are songs I don't play anymore because I've played them enough to make me sick of them..

Yeah and hidden doesn't exactly help my timing, but I don't think I can do the same without hidden on.. It's a crutch now..


I love that Wisdom score though.. 4 greats is a great improvement.. and I went from 123 perfects to only 75..

Oh and yes.. The old scores are from older versions of SM.. and I accidentally had 5th mix scoring on those (for the ones that are 50mil)

I think the AA is darker, because it pulsates, and he just happened to catch the SS at a different brightness for each.

The Snow I played once.. I absolutely hate that song.. I'm sure if I played it over and over I could get it down to at least FC and greats in the 20's..

Anyways, I played a stepfile or two last night and decided to see how I would do on Wisdom and Lab in one try.

Your Wisdom: 530/75/4/1/0/0/7 97.85 mill
My Wisdom: 530/76/4/0/0/0/7 98.23 mill

Your Lab: 593/125/7/0/0/20 97.97 mill
My Lab: 625/97/3/0/0/0/20 98.87 mill

And I play even less than you. :P

Ok, did you play with hidden? It doesn't exactly help my PA or MA but it helps me read the notes.. Besides.. I play half-hour a day if I play at all..
And the Wisdom score is basically the same.. you got one more perfect.. lawl..

Like i said about Snow before.. I hate the song.. I've played a total of 10 or under since January.. If I can get 20 greats and 1 miss on Mindblowin' then I know I can do better on Snow..
