play a lot of 70-90s and have long as fuck sessions

when you get upset at a miss or something cool down and AAA some lower range songs

at least thats what i do

also KNOW your weaknesses and do what you can to fix them. literally force yourself to play shit you are bad at even though it might not be pleasant.
i know if i didnt i still wouldnt be able to hit over 140bpm js haha
