Keep fiddling around by 0.1 in either direction on a consistent song that you know is synced properly (slow streams) and try to ignore where the arrows are, hitting in time with the music. You should eventually find an offset where your Amazing:Perfect ratio is highest.

Deidara means the Global and Judge Offsets in the options menu. For instance, mine is currently at Global 2.5, Judge 0. Start out at 0 on both, and work up in increments of 0.1 on one or the other until you feel it is right.

After fiddling around with the engine for half an hour I am convinced that there is no correct offset for my computer...or if it is, it's some weird number like 4.1283.

story of my life. im always changing my offset depending on the song im playing. i havent submitted a score for pwntendo for this reason.
