update: it's probably passable index but the number of people who can do it has dwindled so it's not likely to ever be passed. if SM index was really popular and you had a huge pool of players to draw from, you'd probably have people with the motivation to pass it and even B or A it index, but that seems unlikely to happen.
I was able to do this though
Revolutionary Etude is probably AAA-able index but I don't think my keyboard can do it, and again you face the issue of playerbase, since the competition necessary for someone to AAA it index just doesn't exist. if you had more standardized keyboards, more standardized difficulties, leaderboards, and all the things that make people want to compete, you'd probably get an index AA/AAA on revo though.
