My MA has been sharply improving in the past several weeks - I'm shaving off 30-40% of the perfects I get on files I played as little as a month ago. My improvement though has been broad-based: I'm been working on relaxing my hand during play and working on my sometimes-sloppy technique. Check these out:

Bynary Syndrome v3 (I've gotten high 70s on this back in the day but holy hell that PA)

Sick cbs. Can get <5 but it'll require some luck since this file is really tricky.
Wow, I was sure I had gotten more than 3 cbs. This is definitely FCable - all the misses were in spots I usually nail.
This is from a month ago (remember that vid?). Decent MA improvement.
Sick. My keyboard derped on me and ruined a potentially 1300+ combo but this is awesome overall. I can get this down to 2 or 3 on a super lucky run.
