True story from me.
I'm not American

Recently, I observed in my garden a rather strange phenomenon.
Appearing only a few feet above my garden fence was something that appeared to be an orb, not like ball lightning, or some sort of insect. This was strange. It didn't seem to move with force as you would imagine a plane would move, there was almost a sort of grace to it, it even jittered and bobbed along. Almost as if it had some sort of power within it. It was a yellowish-white colour and about the size of a tennis ball.
This is supposed to all be fiction,correct? These sort of things belong in movies and so on, as we have been led to believe.
I had heard that this phenomena had some connection to the dead through folklore and of course, the old grainy photos that you sometimes seem presented on shows such as Discovery Science. I wasn't sure.
Shockingly enough, I found out that my friend, of 19 years, was dead 2 days later. What is chilling though, is that this happened while he was dead, I was unaware of it.
