- For those of you that may have missed it, our latest official event is a Valentine’s themed single round competition. In this Valentine’s Couple Clash, you play with a partner to submit the best scores possible out of a provided song list. Before signing up, carefully read the guidelines within the thread for participation and choosing a teammate. Sign-ups are open until Tuesday, February 20th at 11:59:59 PM server time.
- Our wonderful judgement team has made an update to the FFR Simfile Submission Rules and Guidelines. There are some minor changes to the previous guidelines, but the primary goal was to streamline these rules and make it easier for our users to understand the full process for getting a file into FFR.

Songs of the Week 2/10/2024
We’re back to the weekly song releases at two songs per week! We hope Frozen Finger Rumble was a fun tournament for y’all. We’ve got one new event happening, one new musician, and a few reminders for everyone today.
Current Events
The Lunar New Year Smash started up yesterday. Participate to rack up some credit prizes and have a shot at an event token! This event ends on February 12th at 6:00 AM server time.
The 17th Official Tournament batch and OT17 Bounty Batch are both still open for submissions. You can win up to three event tokens and a unique profile badge from getting files accepted in the bounty batch, but remember that there are a limited amount of bounties available. For the current list, check out this spreadsheet.
Voting for the 2023 User Awards is still open and will be until February 15th at 11:59 PM server time. Please take the time to vote if you haven’t already!

New Years Release 2024
Hello and welcome to the New Years Release of 2024! Here we are with the start of yet another year with more great things to come!
Season 10
Season 9 has concluded and our first season of 2024, Season 10, has begun! With the new season comes our usual seasonal updates:
- Any pending difficulty changes will be taking effect soon. You can find this info on our contested difficulties sheet.
- The Winter 2023 Seasonal Batch is now closed, and the 17th Official Tournament Batch is now open!
- Sign-ups for the Frozen Finger Rumble tournament are now closed. Round 1 is scheduled to begin on January 7th.
- Songs of the Week will be replaced with the above mentioned tournament for January.
FFR Hall of Fame
Nominations for The FFR Hall of Fame 2023 have begun! To put in your nomination, read the rules in the thread carefully and then use the Google form to fill out your choices. (You will need to sign in with a Google account to use the form, so you can alternatively send a PM to T-Force with your nominations if that suits you better.) The nomination phase will be open until 11:59 PM server time on January 7th. The voting phase will begin after that.
