You're hitting way too many goods here. Here's something that helps me: try to focus a bit more on the arrow receptors to see when those arrows will match the receptors. All too often our minds (and the music's rhythm) have us assuming that we know when to hit. You HAVE to be more conscious of what exactly you're hitting; otherwise, your accuracy will stray without you even realizing what happened.
